Patrick Dempsey, 8th grade Science teacher from the Webster Groves School district, discusses the purpose and use of Makerspace rooms at the Midwest Education Technology Committee 2016 Conference.

Makerspace classroom is created in schools to advance science, technology, creativity and math through providing a space with tools, crafting, and technology to make ideas come alive.
