Brandon Meyer and Kenyondra Johnson, Staff Reporter

For this year’s final issue of the Pepper Box, the staff decided to create an All-Ritenour team, based on the votes of the people that know them the best; their peers and coaches. The awards differ for each sport, including Most Valuable Player, Offensive, Defensive, Runner-up, and Newcomer of the Year.

The following athletes were chosen by a panel of Pepper Box staff members which included sports editors, varsity athletes, and some varsity coaches for sports without statistics. The panel voted blindly, based only on stats. This means that the panel was given a stat sheet for each sport, and there were no names attached to the stats to prevent students from any biased decisions. Coaches were recruited for any sport without provided stats.
