“You Don’t Know My Stories” the 2018 Monologues

On February 21st, during 3rd hour, Blake Duncan, Tyler Smith, Kat Walker, and Kierra Slack performed student written monologues to a packed house in the Ritenour School District Auditorium. The collaborative school project starts with senior students from Collette Love-Hilliard’s Creative Writing course. The student’s true life stories are turned into dramatic monologues. Drama department teacher Gregory Jones then has his Drama 2 and Advanced Drama students choose a piece to rehearse and perform.
