Taken in August 2010, the photo shows the Ritenour School Board members gathering with students who would be the first enrollees at the Early Childhood Center. The Center opened in 2011 and currently serves 235 students. The goal of Superintendent Dr. Chris Kilbride is that eventually all students will enroll there before Kindergarten.
