Jason Hall, screenwriter of the Academy Award winning film “American Sniper,” is providing a look into the lives of soldiers returning home from war in his directorial debut, “Thank You For You Service.”

Hall recently hosted a special screening at Ronnies Marcus Movie Theatre in St.Louis.  KRHS Media host Israel Rendon attended the special screening and discussed the film with Hall following the screening.

“Thank You for Your Service,” is based off the book originally written by David Fink and stars Miles Teller of “Whiplash” and “War Dogs.” In the new film, due out October 26th, Hall shares a modern view of war and the scars that it leaves on soldiers.
