Gratitude Podcast Series

Gratitude is expressing appreciation for what you have right now. You have gratitude for the people in your life and gratitude for all good things that are available to you in this moment. It’s built on multiple moments of understanding the worth of another person in your life.  Expressing gratitude can be a positive moment for all of us. When we look past the world’s negatives and focus on what is great about those around us, we can be transformed.

KRHS Radio students finished the 2018-19 school year by asking who is a person they can thank for helping them to be the best you at Ritenour (family, friend, teacher, administrator, pet, or celebrity). Here are their stories.
